This season's highlights include:

FOOD & DRINK
As usual we present both classic kitchen reference books and practical cookbooks with an original twist. This season's new launches include fantastic handbook-size paperback editions of our best-selling curry and cookie recipe compendiums, and a paperback reissue of the glorious Bread Bible, which has already sold over 250,000 copies.

Entertaining is covered with two complementary titles on party food and a handy home guide to mixing 600 cocktails and drinks. Best-loved Main Courses for Special Occasions is the perfect collection of impressive but easy dishes, and for a zesty follow-up, there is 150 Fruit Desserts. To tempt those with a sweet tooth, we have fabulous Sweet Treats, packed with mouthwatering ideas for all occasions. Regional cookery highlights include The Irish Kitchen, a beautiful guide to Irish food and eating, as well as more sun-soaked recipes from Greece and Africa.

Vegetarians are well catered for this season, with volumes on soups and vegan food, and a book that offers three healthy ways of eating in one, Low-Fat Vegetarian Mediterranean Recipes. There is an enticing little cookbook on the fashionable theme of wraps, rolls and parcels, and Garlic in the Kitchen shows wonderful ways of using this healthy ingredient.

GARDENING
In this ever-popular category we have two new handy guides to pruning, a beautiful reference volume on choosing flowering plants, and a practical guide to growing annuals and perennials. Plant portraits are shown in colour, as well as step-by-step photographs and illustrations to show every technique. There is also an original title on creating garden decorations and embellishments, combining both craft and gardening in one step-by-step project book.

NEW AGE & HEALTH
The titles offer fully illustrated, accessible advice from experts. Pregnancy, Babycare & Baby Food offers clear and authoritative information in one comprehensive volume. How to Use Yoga is a classic reissue of Mira Mehta's guide for beginners, and we also publish a lively book on yoga for kids. Pilates Step-by-Step shows how to achieve a leaner body with fast and lasting results.
