A sizzling collection of barbecue and grilling recipes is followed by a special new volume on the unsung delights of Welsh traditional cuisine.

These frontlist books have been brought together by our hardworking in-house creative team - editors, managers, designers and picture researchers collectively making the most beautiful and informative illustrated books available. Our books are justifiably considered to be among the best you can buy. They are developed step-by-step, and painstakingly checked and rechecked at every stage. The authors are experts in their respective fields, and there is a whole battalion of consultants and specialist contributors going through the work in fine detail. No restrictions are placed on the number of photographs and illustrations, and production values are of key importance. The highly talented photographers, stylists, home economists and designers are among the finest in the industry. Yet our price-points, of course, continue to offer incredible value to the buyer.
We wish you great sales and great success with these highly competitive and very commercial books. Addresses and contact details for our global sales teams are included right here - please contact them, or me personally, or Paul Anness on panness@anness.com if you have ideas, suggestions, questions or if there is anything at all we can do to help you.
